What Your Gift Supports
- $100 equals twenty books for children in our Mother-Child Reading Program to keep and enjoy at home.
- $250 pays for college textbooks for a Mercy Learning Center graduate.
- $500 covers the annual cost of a bus pass for twenty students.
- $1,000 covers the cost of summer camp for a students’ child so she can attend class in the summer.
- $2,500 funds one semester of learning, playing and kindergarten-readiness for a child in our pre-school classroom.
- $5,000 ensures a student with financial hardship keeps coming to class, by covering her housing expenses for three months.
- $10,000 provides one year of literacy and life skills education for a student plus childcare for her toddler.
- $20,000 funds one certified teacher in our part-time program.

Stock Our Food & Diaper Pantry
Your gifts of food, diapers, and other daily necessities support the women at Mercy Learning Center so that they can stay in school. Review our Wishlist to see what items we currently need most and consider donating or coordinating a collection drive. We accept donations on Fridays between 10 am and noon or can schedule a day and time that works best for you. You can also shop our Amazon Wishlist to have essential items delivered directly to us. Scholarship Support
College is a tremendous opportunity for the women who graduate from MLC, but it can also be a significant financial hardship. MLC provides scholarship funding to qualified graduates to ensure that they can continue on their educational path.
